BROKEN PART → NEW POSSIBILITY

Custom gears. Accurate fits. Practical repairs.

From worn toy-car gears to custom adapters and fitted housings, the details matter. Send the original part, clear photos or a model so we can review geometry, fit and the right material for the job.

Toy & hobby mechanisms

A damaged toy-car gear

A replacement gear needs more than a matching outline. Tooth count, pitch, face width, shaft bore and alignment with the mating gear all need to be checked.

Matched gear geometry

A stripped reduction gear pair

A working gear pair depends on compatible tooth geometry, shaft spacing and running clearance. We review the mechanism and operating load before choosing the design and material.

Describe your mechanism →
Hard-to-find component

A fitted bearing-support housing

Bearing seats, mounting points and reinforcing ribs must work together. Critical dimensions and the mating assembly help us review fit, orientation and required design revisions.

Show us the broken part →

Material options: Tell us whether you need a standard plastic, PETG-CF or another material. We confirm suitability for wear, impact, heat and the mating components during review; material appearance alone does not establish performance.

BETTER INPUT · BETTER FIT

Help us measure the part correctly.

For a broken or missing part, send clear photos and enough reference to establish scale. A ruler, caliper reading or known fastener makes reverse-engineering faster and reduces revisions.

  • Photograph every side and the damaged interface.
  • Place a ruler beside the part; include one close-up of the critical fit.
  • Tell us what it connects to, what moves, and what failed.
  • For gears, include tooth count, bore, outside diameter and face width.

I have a broken part

Take photos from several angles, including the damaged area and where the part fits. Add a ruler for scale and any critical measurements. We will assess whether it can be recreated.

Describe the replacement →

I have an idea or sketch

Explain the problem you want to solve. Add a drawing or reference photo if you have one. We will clarify the dimensions and tell you whether design work is needed.
